Careers Policies And Strategies
Please see below the Strategies and Policies that have been developed to provide the framework to support our Pupils through the Hailey Hall Careers’ Programme and to assess the impact of the Careers programme
From January 2018, secondary schools and academies also had a new duty to provide opportunities for ‘a range of technical education and apprenticeships’ (known as the ‘Baker Clause’). Consequently, we have also developed our Access Policy, which can be found below:

The CEIAG Policy and Programme, together with the Careers Strategy and Access Policy, are reviewed before the start of each academic year.
